Expect to be told everything you want to hear, until you have a contract on the table and a pen in your hand - then comes the barrage of "oops, we forgot...," "Did so-and-so tell you about...," "Someone forgot to confirm this before, but it's gonna add $X to the payment..." Salespeople are bumbling paper pushers at best, more likely well trained shell game artists. Sales and Finance managers sit anonymously in the back, shoehorning add-ons into the deals, stretching out the clock to exhaust you, and "finding" mistakes the salesperson made that are somehow always to their advantage - after they've gotten you to believe that you're about to take your new vehicle home, of course. Unless you enjoy the company of smiling pickpockets, do yourself a favor and avoid this stereotype of a dealership. You'll be better off literally anywhere else.
