West Herr Subaru

My wife and I have not purchased a new car in over 15 years. Having recently paid off our house, we have been saving our money in order to pay cash for a new car or at least be able to not have to finance a ton. Knowing we wanted a Subaru, but not knowing which one we wanted, we needed to drive a few cars in order to make an informed decision. We dealt with John Dirosa. We told him right off we wouldn't be buying today, and even with that knowledge, worked his butt off to help us. He bent over backwards to get us each Subaru for us to drive and was more than accommodating. He and his sales manager, Martin Willnow, upon our request, gave us a nice tour of the service shop. The shop is extremely clean and organized. I met the service manager and a couple of Techs, all extremely friendly. To make a long story shorter, we had a great day and did make a decision. We found the car we will eventually be buying and we now know we will be buying the car from West Herr. John Dirosa will be our salesman. When the time comes, we will be going back!
