Great Service at Mastel Ford

I called to get an appointment for an inspection and to have my air conditioner fan fixed. Lorie gave me a choice of days and times. When I said I had to come into town that day, a time was arranged for me to bring it in that same day. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful I could get my car in that day. The staff kept me informed on what needed to be done to my Escape and what the cost would be. My car inspection was completed and all repair / replacement parts were fixed that same day. The staff at Mastel Ford are outstanding. Thank you for meeting my needs.
