They fixed another dealership’s mistake

I had an issue with my vehicle and called the dealership I purchased my vehicle through. The other dealership wouldn’t even listen. Mastel Ford listened to my concerns, evaluated the problem and fixed it. The process took longer than I wanted, but that WAS NOT their fault. There was red tape that had to be cut through. Mastel kept me appraised of what was going on and was very understand.
