Excellent Communication

I was a "walk-in" and immediately greeting. He heard the tire valve leaking and took me to Eric, service tech. Eric quickly found my profile and wrote up the ticket. Eric always kept me up to date and walked me to my car when the repair was done. If I need future service, Eric is the only one that will handle my needs. He would be a good "training mgr" for new hires!
