Jewel Duren who is fairly new working in the service center was an absolute joy to work with. She offered detailed information for my car and gave me trust and confidence that everything was being taken cared of. Went for a diagnosis with no appointment and came out same day with my car fixed and in good order. Always a pleasure getting serviced with Audi Lynbrook.
