Dealership Sales Review

Amazing product, lowsy salesman.
Written by rawr on 01/07/2008

I went to a few chevy dealers, and though all the payments were the same, Heinrich does have a large selection. They were the only ones in the area to have the exact cobalt I was looking for, when I was looking for it, so I had to either order one, or buy from them. Sadly, my salesman (Dave) was a real [violative content deleted], though knew how to cover it up. He comes off as a nice guy, but you'll soon realise that he'd be willing to toss in his own mother for an extra dollar. I never met the owner, which I would have liked to do, nor did I get a tour of the premises. I would have liked to know where I was getting my services done, ect. The salesman was in such a hurry to make his commision, that I believe his commision worksheet was filled out before I even got to sign the buyers order. Other than for the salesman, and the poor Customer service, Heinrich wasnt too horrible. Ive seen worse. Good-luck, and if at all possible, stray away from dave. =]

Sounds like guy who wanted my trade-in at $6,000 less than the value of vehicle.Im no idiot but lowball at that level and end at $5,000 under vehicle value still? Also upon leaving felt like he was thinking "good luck" which I didnt need.Just a larger inventory dealership (Paddock) and walked out with my new car.Lockport had a good game when GM employed alot of people with good wages. Now? Im suprised this dealership still exists here today with their way of operations and vehicle overpricing.Tell they think they can rip off everyone and employ anybody willing to "push" a sale.I would stay far away from these guys.
