The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They took the time to review our different options and didn't pressure us into making a decision on the spot. My husband and I both ended up leasing cars and were very satisfied with the price and the customer service. I would definitely recommend Basil VW to anyone looking to purchase a VW!
