Dealership Service Review
I took my wife’s RAV4 in for an oil change but it may not have needed it and the service manager said nothing about that. The RAV is supposed to have oil changes every 10,000 miles but after the service I realized it had only been 7,000 miles and the service manager said nothing about that, and they have all the service records for this car. Maybe they needed the business on a slow night? Also, when I asked a question about what oil they used I couldn’t hear what the service manager said thru his face mask and asked him to repeat it and another manager in the background rudely yelled out an answer, apparently upset that I had asked the question again. This was much worse than the typical service experience at Basil.
