Dealership Sales Review
I had overall good contact with the dealer and they were friendly and my trade was seamless once we agreed on price. Finance manager was great and definitely acted on my behalf to find the best rate. Dealership or reps I worked with seem to rely on text messaging for primary response. Generally ok but In my case, I was not able to respond with Texts and asked to be contacted by phone a few times. I tried to provide all information ahead to make my time at the dealership minimal as I was coming from out of state with a multiple hour drive both ways but a lot of the information was not passed along or passed along incorrectly requiring rework when I arrived. This made for a late return home. I understand new vehicle supply is low right now but from my cars.com searches this dealer is the only one I could see adding a price adder adjustment on top of MSRP to similar new car sales to take advantage of low supply when all are facing the same challenge. I would have passed normally but this was the best truck within my $ range. I also expected a more formal punch out list of all the details around my car features and warranty options. Some items were only learned as I asked last minute before driving away.
