Basil Toyota

I had been searching for a couple weeks for an SUV. I have owned several different ones in the past and one I loved was the 4Runner Limited. It is a luxury plus full Utility SUV. I knew some key items, I wanted like leather interior, heated seats, 4x4 and a towing package. Basil Toyota not only found me the right car with the perfect package, but gave me an internet price that was amazing!!! I came into the dealership, which had a fireplace and nice friendly, neighborly feel to it. I was greeted by Sean and told him of the 4Runner, I wanted to purchase and within minutes he came back and said, “Yes, that is the price we will sell you this new 2019 exceptional 4Runner”! I honestly expected that there would be some additional negotiation and had taken my coat off and was ready for the next round. Nothing. Then I met with George in Finance and expected more dealings and to my surprise, I learned a lot about the additional services and chose not to go in that direction and felt like I was having a beer with a good friend catching up rather than financing a vehicle. They detailed my new SUV since it had been snowing, gave me a full tank of gas, set up my free service appointment for 6 months from now and asked how else could they be of service. They not only sold me a new SUV, but gained my business for life and I made new friends. To say, I would recommend Basil Toyota to my friends and family and co-workers is an understatement.
