The salesman I met with was great, nice stand up guy., unfortunately he has a job to do. I spoke with Shana online who made it seem they were desperate for used cars and would work with me. This was a typical trip to the dealer, all about profit and not customer satisfaction. I drove an hour away based off the conversation online to throw 4 hrs of my time away. The best they did was remove a certification fee that all dealers have and market as “standard” which it is not. This fee coasts them nothing but profit off us buyers long term.
