This place tried to charge us over $600 for a replacement key and an oil change. $120 was the oil change price and the rest for a replacement key. That’s AFTER giving us a quote on the phone - $250 for the key, which is already pretty crazy price for a plastic box with three buttons. When they called us to tell us the car was ready and told us the price, we said there is no way we are paying it after getting a lower quote. They kept us on hold while they supposedly re-listened to our earlier recorded conversation and said they would honor the original quote. Then, when my wife went to pick up the car, they tried to charge the higher price again. They also berated my son who went along, when he tried to intervene. In the end, after LONG back-and-forth, they gave up and the final price paid was $410 - still pretty much insane. Goodbye Romeo Ford.
