Maguire Honda of Ithaca

We purchased a used Honda CR-V. The process went smoothly. The problem emerged a few weeks later when the engine started making odd sounds. Long story short, the car came off the lot with no oil in it. Appears it was not refilled after they changed the oil. Maguire's kept trying to blame it on everything but their big mistake. Checked for leaks, burning, whatever. No problems found. It's a good deal for them, as the damage caused by the lack of oil will probably manifest itself years later after many miles. Who knows how many miles they shaved off the life of this engine? The lack of concern or desire to make this right was pretty sad.
