Went to lease an “as advertised” 2023 Chevy Equinox LT AWD. Long story short, the manager, Ramone insulted my intelligence claiming the ad was a “misprint”! Even after my explaining it being advertised on the dealers own website and in Newsday for weeks. He offered us an upgraded trim for more $$. Classic bait and switch. I wouldn’t by a tricycle from Empire Chevrolet !
