STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This is my follow up response to North Bay Buick GMC's disingenuous attempt for me to call in so they could rectify the situation that they created. After leaving a negative review a week or 2 ago, and seeing their response to call them so they can "make it right," I called in, as they requested. They lady who answered the phone put me on hold. Three minutes later she came back and said "the woman in charge of this department just got back from vacation, and she will call you back shortly." I guess her vaca was still going on in her office. Needless to even say, they never bothered to call me back because they do not care. I highly doubt she just got back from vaca too, as it seems to be a stalling technique till I go away. To sum up the awful and ongoing experience with this dealership: I brought my truck in to get a roof LEAK fixed. GM has an official bulletin about this issue on all truck models from 2019-2022, and ten's of thousands of customers have been affected by this factory defect. Both GMC and Chevrolet trucks were affected. They refuse to do a recall on it problem even though they are fully aware it is a mistake in design. Now, mind you once again, the Truck had a bad roof LEAK where a lot of water can get in and completely ruin the interior. My truck was left outside by these clowns for an entire week while there were multiple rainstorms. I told them at time of drop off that it CANNOT be left outside, or I will take it home now. The rep assured me that it would be kept inside for the duration of its stay. COMPLETE LIE! To boot, they refused to fix the issue and told me to deal with it myself even though GM has an official bulletin on the problem and how to fix it. You also need to purchase GM parts to fix this issue. When I picked it up a week later (after no work had beeen done on it) the entire back of the cab was completely soaked, the seats were soaked, the car smelled like mold and stale wet dog. They did nothing to help the situation of the vehicle they sold me just 15 months prior and completely ruined the inside of it. FYI: Their idea of keeping the car inside was to tape a plastic garbage bag over the roof and drape it into the doors. This caused a trench for water to flow into my cab for a week straight. Absolute incompetence by these people. Then when picking it up the rep says to me, "boy it really smells in that car" seriously????? It was right after that when i found out how they had kept my car outside for the entire week knowing there was a leak. Oh yeah, and they charged me $211 for this catastrophe. I would never buy a vehicle from them again, and I will tell everyone I know looking for a car to never go there, nor will I bring a car there for service ever again. Next stop better business bureau. thank you for your consistent horrific service North Bay Buick GMC.
