North Shore Honda For Life I recently leased a 2014 Honda Pilot from North Shore Honda. My experience could not have been more positive. The circumstances surrounding my lease were unique, to say the least. Two days prior to my lease (and me turning in my 2011 Pilot), my car was hit in a parking lot. The staff at North Shore Honda reassured me through the very stressful process, honored the commitments that they made, and made the process move extremely smoothly. The service department took care of my old car and worked with my insurance company. Their goal was to just get me in a new car with minimal stress for me - they took care of everything. Without question, I felt welcomed and valued. It was very clear to me that my business meant a lot to the staff at North Shore Honda. In fact, I happened to meet the North Shore Honda Service Manager in passing who said to me, "Welcome to the family." That means a lot and I'm going to return the favor -- I will stay North Shore Honda in the future and I live 2 hours away, passing 6 or 7 other Honda dealers along the way! Phill H., the new sales manager, has been our "guy" for three years now. Moving to North Shore Honda recently, we followed. We were luck enough to be paired by Phill to Barry S. who processed my lease (and my wife's, on the same day -- I'm sure she will write as well!). Barry made us feel right at home, made sure each of our needs was attended to, and that everything ran smoothly. He's a kind and knowledgable salesman - fair and honest! The Honda product speaks for itself. But Barry and Phill spoke for North Shore Honda loudly. They turned my family (and anyone who will listen) into North Shore Honda customers and we're not looking back.
