DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I traveled from NJ and I emphasized that I was changing my work schedule and did not want my time wasted. Sales Manager Corey and I discussed all the numbers and the out the door price before I came in. I asked multiple times if there were any more fees and the only caveat he told me about was that I had to finance it with them. I agreed with the intention to refinance later. I picked a day that Corey said he would be there. He “was not there” when I arrived. They waited until after I test drove the vehicle, left a $500 reservation fee and ran my credit before the finance manager attempted to dupe me. He tried to add a $995 bank fee and $2,000 warranty. When I said, I don’t want an additional warranty, he said verbatim “in NY state we can not sell a vehicle without a warranty”. A complete lie. I repeated back “ so you are telling me, it’s NY state law that you can’t sell me the vehicle without a warranty?” He said “Well that’s our law”. I left with my check.
