This was our first experience with a Volvo and we must say it was an excellent one. J.C. our salesperson, was calm, extremely patient and steadfast with the myriad of questions he was given. He is an absolute pleasure to talk with and we had fun in the process. Along with him, we were guided by Dumitru, the General Manager, who has a wealth of knowledge and overcame any obstacle in the way.
