Re: Glen Cove Volvo Car dealership - Buyer beware! (Bait and Switch) I would like to recommend that you go elsewhere for a more professional experience trustworthy experience. I ended up buying a car from Volvo of Glen Cove. I dealt with a salesperson and a manager who ended up doing a bait and switch on me. I ended up having to purchase the vehicle as I needed to get the car as I gave my previous car back last week. Even though I think Volvo is a great car I will never buy another Volvo again based on this experience. So Volvo Glencove lost a customer for a second car and I will be going back to Acura. Bait and Switch was witnessed by their finance team as I sat on the phone in front of them when the salesperson agreed with what I stated and the Manager totally disregarded what we agreed upon. I was cornered and needed to walk away with a car but this will never happen to me again. Recommendation: DO NOT GO TO GLEN COVE VOLVO for your CAR!
