Price excludes large down payment

The price showing on Edmunds excludes thousands that they assume will be your down payment. Basically, the amount they list is the amount they say you will likely finance. For the car I'm interested in, the assumed down is over 10%. Then there are also the things normally excluded, like dealer fees, etc.
