Dealership Sales Review
I had used Freeport BMW for my 3 previous leases. For the 3rd lease, we had a terrible experience with both the sales manager and the General Manager. They were not forthcoming in their practices, did nothing to make the experience of leasing a car enjoyable and in the end, cost me far more money once I actually left the dealership, then when I was on site. For my 4th lease which is up in one month, BMW of Freeport reached out to start looking at new cars and I advised them that based on past experience, we wouldn't be returning. The GM passed us on to the Director of Business Development, who at first, seemed authentic and concerned about our experience. After speaking to him for some time, we made an appointment to meet. As I reached out to reschedule the appointment to the next day, he never responded. I reached out again, he still didn't respond. For the 3rd email, he STILL didn't respond. Speaking with them to reconsider for almost an hour was a complete waste of time and I regret attempting to give them another chance. Leasing a BMW should be that of a luxury experience and it was far from that. It was unprofessional, non-committal and showed no talent on behalf of the senior leadership at this dealership. They lost a very loyal customer and I would never work with them again.
