Bert was our salesperson. He clearly has long term experience, and this shows in how he conducted our transaction. He has a way of instilling confidence right away, from the first contact. Everyone at the dealership seemed to know and respect him, which gave us further confidence. The car business is not an easy one, and no one person can change that. So while not everything went smoothly, he navigated perfectly. And in the end, we are very happy new owners of a Lexus.
