We had an excellent experience at Stoler Lexus. Our salesperson Ed Lumer took the time to understand our needs -- we had a car in for repairs - borrowed a loaner RX350h and liked that model so much we wanted to trade in our NX 300h and lease the RX350h, They made a great offer on our trade-in and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the terms of the purchase. Ed was great and patient answering all our questions - no high pressure - just trying to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. We then were handed off to Vince Iadevaia who gave my wife and I a great tutorial on every feature of the car, pairing our phones and making sure we understood all the tech and safety features of the RX 350h - made sure we were confident before we drove the car off the lot. We ended the day with Edvin Bilali in finance who finalized the lease terms, went over our options and worked with us to purchase the extra protection we wanted at the lowest possible lease cost -- It was the easiest car purchase experience in the 45 years we have been buying cars.
