If you told me that I would ever compliment anyone, ever, for any reason, after being shocked with news I absolutely needed $4,000+ in repairs, I’d tell you that you are living in an alternate reality. Edgar and his team in service at White Plains Jaguar is simply the most ethical, thorough, and patient person I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry - of which I have, for better or worse, a great deal of experience with, as I’m sure most of you reading this have, too. Not only did Edgar, and others in his team tell me, and explain to me what was so important, but they literally took me to my car in the shop and showed me all of the things that were wrong with the car, but he/they also explained to me how and why the damage occurred, taking question after question from me, until I ran out of questions, because they had managed to please, perhaps, one of the most difficult-to-please customers on the planet. There exists no circumstance, including if the cost were slightly cheaper, to have my car serviced anyplace else. Period.
