I worked with Cindy Rivera to purchase a 2016 IS 350 and it was an amazing experience. I had found the car online through Edmunds car buying service and arrived with financing in place. Very quickly after arriving I was off on a test drive. She asked all questions I had about the car and was very knowledgeable about my options. Once I decided I wanted the car, She discussed the interest rate I'd already received with the manager, who was able to secure me financing at an even better rate. I have very little car buying experience and have heard many horror stories, but working with Bay Ridge Lexus was a wonderful experience and definitely made me a lot more comfortable with the whole process.
