Dealership Sales Review
From the minute we entered the dealership we were greeted and asked if we wanted help. The salesperson that helped us was Carlos and he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we asked for in regards to the Lexus SUVs. He sat us down and provided us with pricing and details for a lease vs. a finance. We left the dealership that day feeling extremely satisfied with the service we received. After a week of serious consideration, we returned to the dealership ready to test drive the vehicle and start the finance process. During this process Carlos has us sit with James, to go over the prices and other details. One thing that stood out was both gentlemen attempting to find the vehicle we wanted in the exterior and interior color we wanted. They searched on the computer all the available car combinations and was even patient enough to show us the color options on the cars in the showroom and outside the dealership. They could not have been nicer answering all questions with no problem. After all of this unfortunately, we ended up not being able to afford the Lexus based on our terrible credit. I appreciated the help of the team to get the price down, but they could only do so much and we understood. They were very professional and extremely helpful through the whole process and I’m disappointed that we will not be purchasing a Lexus at this time. We ended up getting a different vehicle with another company based solely on it fell more in our budget because believe me you the customer service was nowhere near the exceptional customer service experience we had at Lexus Brooklyn. During this time we will be working to build our credit and revisit Lexus as our first choice. When this lease is up we can’t wait to return to Lexus and attempt to finance a car possibly two by that time with them. We will be recommending this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle.
