Dealing with Alex at Lexus of Brooklyn was very smooth, and truly exceeded my expectations. He assisted with returning my leased vehicle to a competitor's dealership, processed all paperwork in a timely manner, answered any questions I had, and was very pleasant throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to return and also recommend others to Lexus of Brooklyn.
