Generation Kia

My wife and I had been through the ringer with car dealers for over a month. Then she made an appointment at Generation KIA. They were completely different. Steven, gave us all the time we needed for our test drive, actually over half an hour. He then gave us time to look around some more because we really didn't like that car. There was absolutely no pressure. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He never tried to double talk us or push us into something we didn't want. We test drove the second car ,again for over half an hour, and my wife loved it. Here's the great part, we got a fair price for our trade in, and they did their best to work within our budget. Steven went to George (the sales GM) and they worked it out. We bought the car on the spot. They walked us through every step with patients and a smile. We will never go anywhere else.
