Toyota of Batavia

After searching the web for a preowned Prius that met my requirements of low miles, outstanding condition and an extended warranty I happened upon the Toyota dealership in Batavia. I call the dealership and have to say I was impressed with the help I received from Chris Brown. He verified that the car I was interested in was available in the inventory system and then walked the lot just to be sure, calling me back within 10 minutes. I live 50 miles from the dealership and am self employed with my wife. We don't generally have much time away from the business but taking a trip to the dealership was well worth it. Chris had the car waiting for us to test drive. After a brief conversation and some light negotiating we came to an agreement. In a previous life I was worked for the financial arm of a major car manufacturer, so I know the business. My experience was absolutely what one would NOT expect from a dealership! Chris was friendly and he was absolutely helpful in all ways. In fact, the whole dealership was. The F & I (finance and insurance) guy was able to match a low financing rate we received from a credit union (keep your credit clean folks!) The title clerk and service department had the car ready to deliver within two hours. My wife and I came back from lunch the same day and drove it home, saving us a 100 mile round trip. I felt we got a great value, even more so given the way we were treated. Kudo's to Chris and we'll be back! (no I'm not related to him! :-)
