I was looking for a reliable car on a tight budget and after months of looking, I wasn't sure what I was going to end up with. Chris Brown and Stacy Williams at Toyota of Batavia were both helpful and patient with me. From start to finish, they were professional and knowledgeable. Chris explained the features and benefits of each vehicle we test drove and Stacy would let me know which vehicles would work for me and my budget. The whole process was great and I was even able to afford some protection packages for the car since I drive a lot and can't afford to pay for repairs out of pocket.
