Another super-service! I had been hearing a noise in the back of my brand-new escape, so I just stopped in on my way to work one day. The service writter, Don I think his name was, was super understanding and so helpful! The mechanic who worked on my car (Kenny, I think) identified the problem quickly, but my parts had to be ordered. Though they were on backorder, the new parts came within a week and they had my car fixed in about an hour after I dropped it back off, again on my way to work! With such eager, helpful people around to provide service, I can tell I'll be back to Genesee Valley again real soon!
