In 2013 we purchased our first two new trucks from Genesee Valley Ford. Dealing with the salesman Cork was very easy. He listened to everything we needed and built the truck exactly perfect. These truck purchases were our 29th and 30th to our fleet. We chose Genesee Valley for the ease of dealing with them and their no nonsense approach. We could not be happier with our purchase experience. We had used their service center prior to our purchase and were always very happy. After our purchase started using their service center even more especially for our heavy duty diesel trucks that require incredible technicians. They work all of our trucks from F350s to F650s. They repair them fast and efficient at a very reasonable rate. They take great pride in their work and stand behind their products and service. They are always very polite and accommodating.
