I ask for a quote for a new vehicle via internet a week ago. As of today I have not heard any thing. Poor customer relations.

At Genesee Valley Ford we take pride in having a very responsive Internet department. We have a 100% response rate.
This customer's Internet quote request was not forwarded to our Internet department so consequently we could not respond to it. We are in process of trying to determine the cause of this problem. Our suspicion is that it occurred during our "sign up" period at the supplier level.
