I felt NO pressure, NO hassle and got a fair amount for my trade-in and overall a FANTASTIC purchase price. I did my research ad nauseum and knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Not only did GV meet it - they BEAT it! My salesman was Justin T. Go talk to him and you won't be disappointed! Most dealers will try to start high and woo you into paying too much for the vehicle - NOT HERE! Justin showed me the invoice price before I had a chance to ask for it! Who does that?! I walked in as if this were a typical dealership, since I'd never shopped here before, however I cannot stress this enough - IT IS NOT! They don't shoot for high profit here, because there is no commission! Everything we discussed was literally done right in front of me. There are NO number games, NO financing scams or switcheroos. They didn't "lose the paperwork" when I came back to finalize the deal - I had a copy of exactly what we settled on when I walked out the previous visit. No pushing extended warranties, no glass etching, none of that garbage all the other dealers try to push on you to rip you off. They have earned a customer for life with me! Even though they are over an hour drive from where I live, I don't care! This was actually a PLEASURABLE buying experience! NO one ever says that about buying a car - but if you pay them a visit, you'll see exactly what I mean!
