The slogan says it all. Genesee Valley is truly a no nonsense dealer. While visiting my girlfriend's father in Geneseo, I walked into Genesee Valley Dodge on a Saturday, 5 minutes before closing. Not only did Tony the sales rep stay late, so did the owner, Dom, and I even had time to test drive the truck I was looking at. Since I live 4 hrs away and did not have my truck there to get a trade-in estimate, I did have to return to purchase the truck. Before going to Genesee valley I had stopped at 2 Dodge dealerships in my area. The 4 hr drive back to Genesee Valley was less time consuming and aggravating than the treatment I got at the other dealers. I got the "let me check with my finance guy" multiple times at these other dealerships, a higher finance rate, and lower trade-in on my old truck. I cannot say enough about Genesee Valley. What a great experience. My girlfriend has already decided she'll be buying her next vehicle there. Thank you Tony and Dom!
