I was very impressed with my experience in buying a car at Zia Auto Sales. I had a horrible experience with another dealership. But I needed a car as my car was stolen. My son recommended Zia. I did my homework. I research Zia Auto and was impressed with the comments made from other customers. I was impressed with their website. It was easy to use. It also provided a free carfax report of all their cars. It helped me review the cars at my own home and at my own convenience. When I went to the dealership, I knew which cars I was interested in seeing. I met Travis and he made me feel like I was the customer of the year. He was professional, kind and patient. Being a senior I appreciated that he was not a pushy salesman. But it didn't stop there. Eric, the finance manager, was very thorough in making sure I knew everything about the car I was buying. Again, he was professional and helpful. Thank you Zia Auto Sales for helping me buy the right car. I love my car.
