AutoNation USA Albuquerque

Jacob at Auto Nation in Albuquerque was great to work with when we sold our Honda. We received an estimate that was a bit more than CarMax offered us so we decided to accept the offer at Auto Nation. Things went downhill when one of the female employees sat down with us to sign paperwork. She put blank forms in front of us and asked us to sign. I learned early in life you never sign legally binding documents and trust the other party to fill in the blanks correctly. When I questioned this method she instantly got extremely rude and snarky. She went and got the manager and he was much nicer and ended up getting Jacob to help us again and take care of all the documents and signing. So overall, we do recommend Auto Nation but only recommend working with Jacob because he's very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
