Circle INFINITI

Bought 3 Infiniti's from Circle, an I, G and M the salesman was great. But the service and management has gone down hill over the years. The last straw they damaged my last purchase an "M", I caught them in writing in a lie by ( the sales Manager ), they did not keep promises and I have taken my service work to Holman in Maple Shade a pleasant experiance nothing like Circle. I did request to speak with the owner of Circle but I was never contacted and he is the one who hired his management team, he is the one who needs to know what is going on. That can't happen when you bury your head in the sand. My choice is to never return and they serviced all 3 of my Infiniti's 100% tire, oil changes ect. NO more!
