Does not honor price guarantee

This was a horrible experience. I initially had a price quote for a Mazda CX-9 signature for $2060 below invoice. In response to an email from Wayne Mazda that they will not be undersold and will beat any price by $300, I presented a written price quote over the phone and by email to Christina. Christina refused to accept this written price quote and indicated that this is an extremely rare vehicle and may not be able to honor the price quote. It seems they only honor this a price quote when it is convenient for them. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to bring the written price quote in physically (even though they still might not honor it). I told her that I do not want to drive 40 minutes to the dealer only to have them not honor the price quote. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss and I did not get a return phone call for 2 days. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I proceeded to buy this car from the Crystal Auto Mall who honored the price quote and even beat it by $300.
