Almsost 3 weeks later since I traded in my car before and purchased a pre-owned 2016 Mazda CX-5. Happy with the car, just the normal reaction to a perfectionist like me when I find little things that bother me but its a preowned car so what else can I expect. Steve is excellent at what he does. The only reason for this second review and 3 stars this time, is that me being a little upset for a promise that wasn't kept. I have a personalized RN plate number holder that when I left my traded-in car there at Mazda I was promised that I will get it back when I pick up my registration. I know its a small thing but that plate holder has a sentimental value to me. Come the day to pick up my registration, which I wasn't able to pick up personally since I was working 12hr shifts back to back, so my dad picked it up; my dad was told that it's missing (?) but Steve will look for it and would give me a call if he finds it. I called the next day on a Saturday but I wasn't able to talk to Steve as he was busy with a customer so I left a message to the girl to let him call me back when he gets free. No call backs. I understand though because 1 deal can take so long. But a call back on that Monday would have been nice. But then again maybe, Steve wasn't aware that I called. But I also emailed, so a response would have been nice. Again, I just want to emphasize though that Steve (Stephen Z.) is excellent at what he does, agree with my first 5 star review, got my monthly much lower than what I was struggling before and I actually love the car that I got now compared to before. I got nothing but love and respect, I just really really wish he kept his promise.
