This is the largest Mazda dealer in the nation! We went on a Saturday; it was very busy. Had to wait a few minutes before we could see a sales person, but once we met Paul Lepasana he gave us his undivided attention all the way through the sales process. We were interested in the CX-5 Touring. He was helpful through the test drive, explaining the vehicle, financing options and the future service of the vehicle. Meeting with the “finance guy” is the part of the car purchasing experience I dread most. Short of giving the car away, this was the most pain-free trip to the finance office ever. Thanks Junior! Speaking of service… This is the first time ever that I’ll be bringing the vehicle back to the dealer for routine service. Their free oil change for life, along with some other service discounts, makes it economically feasible to let the dealer do the routine maintenance. They have a large, comfortable waiting area too, so it will be easy to stay productive for an hour or so while the vehicle is being worked on.
