Planet Honda

Pure bait and switch. I was given a written (emailed) quote online for a Honda Ridgeline. The quote was for a specific vehicle and was detailed - amount down, monthly payment, mileage allowed, fees, etc. When I went into the dealership, the salesperson (who was personally very nice) started at more than double the quoted deal. He gradually came down when I showed him the internet quote, but still never came close to the quote. Both he and his boss were dismissive of their own quote. Total scam.
