Prestige Subaru

I found this dealership, which is pretty far from my house, because I was hoping to do comparison test drives of the Subaru Impreza, the Impreza Outback Sport, and the VW Sportswagen all in manual transmission. This was my first new car shopping experience, and I think it was about as good as it gets. I was immediately greeted by the sales associate, Mary Bevan, who was extremely friendly and patient. She worked with me to test drive all three models. She was very knowledgeable about the Subarus but less so about the VWs. Ideally, I would have liked one of the VW specialists to have worked with me as well, and this was one of the only negative aspects of the experience. After test driving, I knew I wanted the Impreza Outback Sport. My original plan was to go home and sleep on it, but Mary convinced me to buy the car by offering me a very good deal. This was the only time that I felt any pressure, but it was worth it. All of my research before and after the sale has convinced me that I received the lowest possible price. I compromised on the color, but I have no regrets and absolutely love the car. The dealership also worked hard to find a very low interest rate on the financing and was patient while I researched all possible financing options. Mary was also very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. I drove the car home that day, and the dealership arranged to deliver my old vehicle to my apartment free of charge. Overall, everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful and really seemed to believe in the product.
