Bad experience with a recent purchase

We bought a "new" (as per the dealer) TLX from Springfield Acura a couple of weeks ago. Car condition - we were told the car was new and had a mileage of 62 miles on it. However, we later checked the total mileage was around 500 miles when we bought the car. This came to light by chance as we had to take the car in for repair within a week for a tyre that was leaking air when we were handed over the car. Pricing - After a couple of visits and phone calls to the dealership, we finalized a price and were asked to pay a deposit of $3,000 to book the car at the agreed price - which we did. As the paperwork could not be completed at that time, we went again the following week to finalize the purchase and get the car. At that point, they had tacked on an additional $1,500 to the negotiated price as destination charge (~1,000) and documentation fee (~500). We had talked to 3-4 other dealers before finalizing the car with Springfield and all the other dealers had included the destination charge in their quotes. With Springfield - they never even mentioned that it would be extra on top of the finalized price until we were signing all the paperwork to drive out with the car. Financing - Having recently moved to the US, we don't have 6 months' credit history, so we paid 2/3rd of the car price outright and financed the remaining 1/3rd. The rate we were charged? 10% p.a., which, as you might guess by the account above, was only disclosed to us when we went to take delivery of the car. To top it off, they don't even care to respond. I was able to talk to the finance manager Jeff once over the few days following the purchase. I called them 6-8 times and reception would transfer the call but it was rarely picked up. Only after we found out the mileage and complained, they considered entertaining our calls. Can't believe this is the standard consumers should expect. We're going to lodge official complaints as well.
