Dealership Sales Review
My first experience with this dealer was with Richard Passananti from sales in March 2015. I was looking for a 2012 Acura TL. My second experience was today 12/31/15, unfortunately with the same sales person (Rich). Both times Rich was treating me as I am not going to buy the car and that showed in his behavior. He shut down the deal without even giving me a chance to talk about the price. My second experience was the worse. A manager brought him a couple that was looking for a new TLX, he totally ignored me and shut down my deal after obtaining all my information and running my credit. He wanted to get rid of me so he can take care of the customers that were looking for the new car. I ended up getting a great deal from a dealer close to my house in PA after the first incident. I didnt expect to be treated like that when I am buying an eight year old car for close to 20k price. I thought many times before going back to that dealer but now I know, I won't.
