We recently purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from Springfield Acura. We worked with Joshua who was the sales specialist assigned to us. Right from the time we walked in first into the store Joshua treated us extremely well. He was very helpful in reviewing the vehicle features with us. The dealership did not have the color choice and model we wanted in stock. So Joshua was very diligent in locating the exact car we wanted and getting it in no time for us. He even offered to deliver the car to our home at no cost. The sales process was very easy and well coordinated. There was no pressure on adding any unnecessary accessories. He gave us a realistic opinion of what we needed. The financing process was a breeze and they got us the best rate we could think of. Upon vehicle delivery, they walked us through all the features in detail.
