Springfield Acura
Dealership Sales Review
On April 27th, I went to Springfield Acura to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Two seconds after I started driving it, the under shield was dragging against the ground. Adam, my salesperson said, and I quote, "[non-permissible content removed] is that!?" and got out of the car and took it to the shop and told me that he was going to clip it back in. During the rest of the test drive, he was telling me how good the car was and that nothing was wrong with it. The next day I came back in and bought the car. On the 29th, I had the car up on the lift in a shop. These are the following things that were wrong with it: The oil hadn't been changed, there was a nail in the tire, the entire right front fender liner was missing, the under shield (after "being resecured") was actually removed from the vehicle, the left axle boot was loose and torn, and both the rear shocks were blown out and leaking. I was baffled. I called Adam that night and he said "Well its a used car, there's going to be normal wear and tear. I can't do anything about it." This car is unsafe to drive and they will not fix it. Do not buy any cars from this dealership. They are unprofessional and do not care for the safety of the customer. They take any car into their dealership and sell it without looking at it. I do not recommend this place at all.
