I was pleasantly surprised with the manner in which Rich took care of me while transitioning from another luxury vehicle. He made that almost unbearable translation bearable for me... I will always be thankful for his professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to help out. Thank you Rich, I was glad to make your acquaintance.
