Dealership Sales Review
I leased 2018 TLX from Springfield Acura in Sept 2017. From pricing perspective, they were very competitive, but that is about all I can say positive about them. My purchase experience was much worse than other Acura dealership - bait & switch for trade-in value, offered "expired" lease program which forced us to pick another car, and sales manager (not sales rep) did not even come out and say hi. Few days after the purchase, they contacted for how my shopping experience was, and I mentioned the above issues I had. They tried to offer me 2 free scheduled maintenance service (for positive review on Acura Survey), but I really do not want to deal with this dealership any more. If you want to establish a long-term relationship with car dealership, this is definitely not a place.
